| Hey everyone, long time no post. Hehe. Life's been busy... As most of you probably know, I have exciting news to share. Tanner and I are engaged!!!! He asked me to marry him on the top of the Eiffel Tower... sooo romantic. I have a ring and everything! We wont be able to get married until 2008 but it will probably be around springtime. :) I'm so happy!!!! Now heres the other news... not so happy. Last night at FJC, while I was in class, my car got broken into. Yep, the whole spiel... someone smashed my drivers side window in completely, and took $120 cash and my $400-or-so Ipod. I'm really really pissed off. 3 people had their cars broken into on the top of the old parking structure last night. The police came and took our reports, but apparently the people who did it were smart and broke into the cars on a rainy night, so the police couldnt dust for prints on the outside of the car, and they didnt get any solid prints off the insides of the cars. So the culprit probably wont be caught, and made off with 2 stereo systems, $120, and an ipod. Really shitty. So i'm very mad. Thats about all I've got right now, my mom has to drop me off at class cause my window wont be fixed until tomorrow morning (argh). Talk to you later -Laurie | | |
| I'm home from Europe!!! Got back in town on Sunday. I miss it already, I loved it there. But i'm glad to be home. School starts tomorrow, aaaah. Hectic. Haha. I had a great trip, it was the most amazing time, I lived my dream! I really dont know what to write, cant write anything from europe cause it would take about 20 pages to tell everything, possibly even more. We did sooo much!!! :) Yes, its 2:30 in the morning. | Only a few weeks until I leave for Europe, I'm sooooo excited.. this is my dream come true!!!!
I havent really been up to much else except planning our trip, studying, and lazing around.
I've had my ups and downs recently, most likely caused by stress/school.

| Well things are going pretty awesomely. Life is stressy but meh, I'm handling it.
So we're absolutely sure we're going to Europe, we're buying our plane tickets on Thursday. We're leaving for London on Dec 15 and returning Jan 14. Yay a whole month!!! :) We get to visit England, Amsterdam, Germany, and France!! I'm sooo freaking excited!!!
This afternoon, my hair will be BLONDE! yes thats right. i'm getting it professionally done too, by my friend Breanna, and she's gonna put some extensions to make it have more volume too. This is gonna be GREAT!
Plus, I'm doing really really well in all my classes. I got A's on both those essay exams in Western Civ and American Lit. :) I'm waiting to see my results on my Sociology midterm. Plus I moved up a level in my reading class, pretty much above everyone in my class, on our skills stuff.
